1. Mechanical Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree. Has the knowledge and experience as Mechanical Engineer in Construction Industry, specifically in mechanical design and estimation.
Primary Role:
- Design and Estimate
Key Responsibilities:
- Able to work well with others and collaboration within a project team.
- Knowledgeable in MS office, AutoCAD and BIM Revit.
- Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance is an advantage.
2. Administrative Officer (Admin)
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or Office Management, or Management, or Human Resource Management or any related courses. Has experienced in construction companies.
Primary Role:
- Supporting day-to-day operations of the company / project. Functions to ensure smooth workflow, proper coordination and efficient management of resources, personnel, and communications.
- Key Responsibility: Office Management and Coordination, Communication and Correspondence, HR and Personnel Support, Financial and Procurement Support, General Administrative Compliance
3. Document Controller
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or Information Technology, or Business Administration, or Any related technical or administrative course.
Primary Role:
- Manages, organizes, and safeguards all project and corporate documents.
- Ensure accuracy, controlled, traceability, and proper distribution of all files in accordance with quality standards.
Key Responsibility: Document management & control, tracking, distribution and submission of project documents.
